One of our main problems has been the blocking device of the firm SIAR.  This firm is also providing the German underground railroad......grrrrrrr.  This ******* little device is able to block the abilities of even a P 12 ..... grrrr.  It is as little as the  enclosed picture, and......we don`t know how it is working!  SIAR does  though!  I  really hope our Psi Cops and hellhounds will get the firm and bomb them to hell,  with their bombs and blocking devices that are keeping us from doing our job.

Last weekend they bombed the HQ of Dept. Sigma to hell...and murdered the head of Dept. Sigma, Mr. Coldera....

Ah.....I must close for now.  If this block keeps up, the only way you will be able to contact me is on the Internet.

P.S.  I'm also enclosing another photo for your album.  This was taken in the field on a very dangerous assignment.  Normally, we prefer scanning humans.  And in a classified packet, you will find a recent photo of one of the most dangerous Blips.
She is using that blocking device that has been wrecking havoc on us lately.  We'll try to get more photos of these "blips" so they can be hunted more effeciently.
 

Thank you for that update Joanna.  We will be anxiously awaiting more news from the German section.  We must try to keep the number of losses down.  After all, our real battle will be with the Mundanes!  Until we hear from you again, we will keep our telepathic link finely tuned to your section of the fight to unite all of us.  Remember:
